This tapered sauce pan is built to last, with a heavy 11 gauge, dent-resistant aluminium construction. It features a double-thick top edge that stays round for a better cover fit, as well as a double-thick bottom that resists denting. Each 5.2l. sauce pan comes complete with an ergonomic TriVent chrome-plated steel handle that is sure to reduce operator stress and fatigue. Additionally, its unique vented design ensures a reduction in heat transfer from the pan to the handle more than 20 degrees Fahrenheit when compared to traditional handles.
