Offering better wear characteristics than their traditional carbon steel counterparts, these spherical bearings are made from Stainless Steel and are corrosion resistant. They are also available with an optional self-lubricating PTFE liner (SIB-T Series). The ball is made from 52100 bearing steel that has been heat treated, hard chrome plated and precision ground. The optional PTFE liner is self-lubricating and the race is heat treated, oil coated stainless steel.
