With their 44 percent throw reduction, you experience positive, notchy shifting, preventing missed gears or gear engagement. Full isolation of the handle from the shifter makes them quieter; and self-centering springs aid the yoke and linkage back into alignment with the selector rod. Barton has these shifters available in the full system with a variety of finishes/colors and knob or grip choices, as well as the shifter only for use with the OEM handle and knob.
