The Windstopper 150 LRR in the front and sleeves is the lightest Gore Windstopper fabric made of a three-layer knit fabric that has total windproofness, and exceptional breathability. The DWR coating is been added to repel water. On the back, the Nano Flex Xtra Dry is made of a fleecy stretch Thermoflex fabric coated with the most water-repellent finish ever. The Thermoflex keeps a cyclist warm while the coating creates a surface where water bounces off the fabric without a trace. The fabrics are put together with reduced seams for extra comfort. Castelli added the Waterproof YKK Vislon zipper. All these features are combined to offer a cycling top that protects a cyclist in light rain while still having enough breathability to provide comfort in cool, sunny weather. Besides comfort in rain or shine, the long sleeves jersey has a race fit pattern so when leaned over in the cycling position, air flows over efficiently.
