High quality just like the barbells at the gyms I've trained in. The collars are good but not my preference, but no problem. I already have other collars that I like. My only complaint was the box was not strong enough for shipping. It was torn on one end and the bolt on that end of the barbell had come loose and fell out of the box when I picked it up from the porch. I have no idea how it got transported from so far away without falling out of the box and getting lost forever.
